Former RAF Base Now To Be Occupied By Thousands Of Illegal Immigrants.
The Left-wing strategy of ‘Operation Scatter’ to transplant a replacement population into White British communities. Is this yet more evidence of the Great Replacement in action?
Linton On Ouse is yet another example of the opinions and protests of a local White British community being over-ridden by the ideologically driven policies of a Labour Government and left-wing bureaucrats within the Home Office.
The official Wikipedia description of the long established settlement of Linton on Ouse is this: “Linton-on-Ouse is a village and civil parish in the county of North Yorkshire, England, about eight miles north-west of York. It lies on the north bank of the River Ouse.” The population of Linton on Ouse is roughly 700 people.
When Cultural Marxist commentators write that the British countryside is “Overwhelmingly White” and therefore “racist’, Linton on Ouse is exactly the kind of rural setting they have in mind and want to change.
Even some outlets of the mainstream media recognise the problems’.

“The former RAF base of Linton – On – Ouse was previously identified as a potential site to house so-called ‘asylum-seekers’, but the planned was shelved in 2022 after massive local opposition.
“On 14 April 2022, the Home Office announced that the disused RAF station at Linton-on-Ouse would be converted to house 1,500 asylum-seekers, creating the first in a series of new ‘Greek-style’ asylum reception centres designed to cut the cost of placing asylum-seekers in hotels. The announcement came as part of a wider plan centred around a £120 million agreement with the government of Rwanda whereby asylum-seekers arriving in the UK could be flown 4,000 miles away to have their asylum claims processed there.
“Local residents set up a campaign group with the slogan “Wrong plan, Wrong place”.
“They said that there had been no prior consultation and that their opposition was being met with silence from the Home office. They were supported by Kevin Hollinrake, Conservative MP for Thirsk and Malton, who said the Home Office had “failed to follow its own guidance on the location of such a facility, which said that asylum-seekers should be placed in urban areas.
“He also said that the government had not consulted with the local council. Within two weeks of the Home Office’s announcement, Hambleton District Council had instructed lawyers to mount a legal challenge to the plans. The council served a Planning Contravention Notice (PCN) to determine whether the Home Office’s plans breached planning control.
“On 19 May 2022, Conservative-led North Yorkshire County Council overwhelmingly passed a vote of no confidence in the Home Office, based on its “cack-handed” handling of the plans. On 9 August 2022, defence secretary Ben Wallace announced that the Ministry of Defence was withdrawing its offer of the land from the Home Office, ending the plans for an asylum reception centre. The future of the disused RAF station remains uncertain.”
The Labour government of Sir Keir Starmer had other ideas and the “driving purpose” to create a “truly multicultural Britain” first pushed by the Labour Party under Tony Blair has not gone away. The near constant incoming waves of Cross Channel illegal immigration fits into the Great Replacement agenda and any notion of the Labour Party as being ‘democratic socialists’ is put aside to enforce the ideological drive for ‘diversity’.
The democracy of local and regional government is over ridden by national government and the objections by local Labour MP’s or Labour councils counts for nothing. This is clearly illustrated in the renewed and expansive plan to use RAF Linton-on-Ouse for a massive influx of ‘asylum-seekers’ in 2026.
“A tiny village in Yorkshire is facing a population explosion after Labour earmarked a nearby military base as accommodation for 1,200 asylum seekers. Linton-on-Ouse, near York, Yorkshire, is a pretty settlement home to just 600 residents but the Home Office want to triple the local population by housing migrants at the nearby former RAF Linton-on-Ouse base.
Although some mainstream media journalist disagree over the population size of Linton-on-Ouse, (some say 700 residents others say just 600) the threat is very real. The more conservative elements within the press recognise the scale of the threat facing local people and the fact that those local voices do not matter to Whitehall bureaucrats.
“The brave residents of the village managed to see-off similar plans under the Conservatives for 1,500 men to be placed at the base, as local uproar saw the proposals dropped. However, the spectre of the arrival of more than 1,000 unknown people in a remote area has now raised its head again under Labour.
The drive to dump hordes of illegal migrants in often remote rural ex-military bases is being pushed by ministers as an alternative to the disastrous migrant hotel policy. Border security and asylum minister Alex Norris, said: “We are moving asylum seekers into ex-military sites that are a far cry from the hotels the last government left us with. “This is a system being brought back under control – and we will not stop until the job is done.”
Contrast that to the opinion of one of the White British residents of Linton-on-Ouse. “Our picture postcard village of 700 residents has been earmarked for 1,200 asylum seekers… there’s been ‘no consultation’”
“The aim is to use the former air base, RAF Linton-on-Ouse, which has been in the village since 1937, to house migrants after flying operations ceased in 2019. It was recently announced that the site would be one of three former military bases, to be turned into migrant housing as part of Labour’s plans to close asylum hotels.
“When the plan was first mooted for Linton four years ago, there was massive opposition. Previous plans to use the base as an asylum centre for up to 1,500 single men were abandoned in 2022 amid fierce protests from local residents and the threat of legal action from the former Hambleton District Council.
“Now, residents say the arguments are the same as four years ago – there is nothing for a further 1,200 men to do in the village. Their only shop had been shut and boarded up for four years; there is only one pub in the village and just a few buses to York every day. Many were also quick to point out that outgoing PM Keir Starmer himself had rubbished the idea when it was a Tory initiative.”
Notice that under reported point; when the previous Conservative government wanted to fill RAF Linton-on-Ouse with migrants, the opposition leader Starmer was opposed to the plan, but now that Starmer’s Labour Party is in charge there is another U-Turn. But this time local democracy must take a back seat as central government dictates national policy.

“Cross-party support for council’s objection to North Yorkshire asylum centre plans”
“The leader of North Yorkshire Council, Cllr Carl Les, said in a statement: “It’s important to be clear from the outset that we do not object to the government’s desire to house asylum seekers with dignity in safe and secure accommodation.
“However, we agree with many of the points made, and the concerns expressed by residents in the hundreds of correspondences we have received already, and we do not believe that Linton–on–Ouse is an appropriate location to house potentially 1,200 single adult males.
“We share the views of many leading voices in our region that this plan by the Home Office is flawed, that the site is completely inappropriate and that it was found to be so following a thorough investigation only a few years ago.
“North Yorkshire Council will write to the government to highlight its opposition to plans to house migrants at the former RAF Linton-on-Ouse base after the proposal received cross-party support. Councillors voted unanimously to back a motion for council leader, Councillor Carl Les, to contact Minister for the Border Security and Asylum Alex Norris outlining their objections to the plan.
“The vote was taken at the authority’s full council meeting at County Hall in Northallerton yesterday (Wednesday, July 15).” It comes after the Home Office revealed plans to house up to 3,750 people at Linton….”
So much for the Labour Government’s supposed belief in ‘local democracy’
Remember the words of the Labour asylum minister Alex Norris; “This is a system being brought back under control – and we will not stop until the job is done.” Sounds more like a socialist state diktat!
Cultural Marxist ideology swings both ways in this situation, while both sides of the Left consider the principles of the Kalergi PLan for a ‘Great Replacement’ and the drive for ‘diversity’ in Britain and Europe to be the ultimate target, there are disagreements on strategy and detail.
Consider the whining response from the pro- ‘refugee’ NGO’s….
“Minister Alex Norris has defended the move to large sites, which are often more costly than hotels, saying that they will help “reducing those pull factors” for migrants coming to the UK.”
But refugee charities have condemned the decision, saying the former military sites cause “profound and long-lasting harm to (asylum seekers’) mental and physical health”. Imran Hussain, director of external affairs at the Refugee Council, said ministers were “repeating policies that failed in the recent past”.
Kamena Dorling, director of policy at the Helen Bamber Foundation, said: “These sites are extremely isolated, resemble prisons with barbed wire and surveillance and lack privacy.”
“For individuals who have already survived conflict, persecution, torture and trafficking, being forced to live in such conditions compounds existing trauma and can have devastating consequences for their mental and physical health, including depression, suicidal ideation and self-harm”.
Charlotte Khan, head of public affairs at Care4Calais, said: “We’ve supported people at these camps in places like Napier, Penally, Wethersfield and now Crowborough. Our experience on the ground has show these military camps are harmful to refugees’ health and wellbeing. For the survivors of torture and modern slavery, they are re-traumatising.”
Such statements would be convincing if it wasn’t for the reality of Illegal immigrant behaviour in place like The Bell Hotel in Epping, Essex, the recent trial of three ‘migrants’ for the brutal rape of a woman on Brighton beach, and a long, long list of such crimes by ‘migrants’ including murder, across the country.
Plus the vast majority of illegal immigrant are NOT fleeing war zones or persecution, the majority are economic migrants and potential ‘free loaders’. And since when should the need for “privacy” or “re-traumatising” be considered when these mostly young men have entered the UK illegally?
Notice that the NGO’s like Care4Calais and the Refugee Council show not a single thought for the impact that this importation of up to 3,750 Third World migrants will have on the population of Linton-on-Ouse.
REMIGRATION IS THE ONLY SOLUTION!

The British people cannot stand idly by and allow yet another rural community to be overwhelmed by the insertion of Third World migrants into their longstanding settlement.
The Great Replacement cannot be allowed to succeed!
