As the 2025 Festive season ends, Bradford is more like a city of multiculture. Plus there is yet another example of cultural enrichment from ‘diverse’ Bradford as a heroin import crown court trial ends.
Centenary Square, Bradford, for the 2025 Yuletide season did not have a ‘Christmas Tree’, but this year it has been a ‘Multicultural Festive Tree’! Officially announced on December 11th 2025, the usual setting of a traditional Christmas Tree, funded by the Bronte Rotary Club in Centenary Square, was given a ‘Woke’ and multiculturalist makeover.
In the closing months of the city of Bradford’s much-trumpeted ‘City of Culture 2025’, this cultural Marxist twisting of a long established British tradition to include those people of other ethnic backgrounds and non-Christian religious faiths. This particular act of multiculturalism included representatives of non-Christian, non-White British communities hanging baubles on the ‘festive’ tree, an activity totally alien to those who not only do not include a decorated conifer tree in their traditional celebrations, but equally do not hold any kind of festival in late December.
The political ideology behind this charade constructed symbolic acts that have nothing in common with the ethnic minority communities, their faiths, customs, cultures and traditions, but concocted a hybrid ceremony which supposedly represented the ‘diversity’ of those taking part. Full of all the usual nauseating ‘progressive’ liberal justifications, the mainstream media in West Yorkshire went into delighted reporting.
“City’s festive tree celebrates all faiths”.
“A multicultural festive tree has been unveiled in Bradford to unite communities and celebrate the city’s diversity.
“The tree has been organised by the Bradford Bronte Rotary Club and president Saleem Kader said it was important to remind people of the city’s success at integrating different communities. Businesses and individuals from different religious groups were invited to contribute decorations for the tree by funding baubles.
“Faith leaders from across Bradford took part in helping to decorate the tree, which stands close to the traditional Christmas tree in Centenary Square. Among the religious leaders taking part was Nathan Javed, pastor at the Grace Urdu Hindi Church.
“He said the tree and those who gathered earlier had a “great meaning. We come with unity and joining the cultures together and it is something of immense love and care we can show to the city itself.
“The beauty of Bradford is we work together, we are a team, we love our city and we want the best for it and the people who live here. There’s the Christmas tree and our festive tree,” he said.
“This is the symbolism of what the city is about. The baubles represent people from different backgrounds, the organisations and businesses that have sponsored the event. The religious leaders have put those baubles on again to symbolise what we have here and we can never celebrate this enough.”

Contrary to what the leftists would try to have the indigenous British public believe, ‘Diversity is NOT our strength’, it is one of the tools used by cultural Marxists to eradicate actual British traditions and to replace them with concocted multicultural fabrications intended to confuse and brainwash future generations.
Moreover, it is interesting to note that this contrived act of festive theatre totally ignored the sizeable Islamist section of Bradford’s Muslim population, a section of that community that only celebrates diversity if the non-Asians convert to Islam attend mosques and start following the dictates of the Koran. A ‘Multicultural Festive Tree’ has no part in that.
Then this example of cultural enrichment and diversity.
“Jail for woman found with £8.5m stash of heroin.”
23 December 2025
“A woman has been jailed for 21 years and six months after National Crime Agency (NCA) officers found £8.5m worth of heroin stashed in her bedroom. Sidrah Nosheen, 34, from Bradford, was part of an organised crime group smuggling heroin from Pakistan to the UK and selling it around the country, the NCA said.
“When Nosheen was arrested at her home in June 2024, officers found heroin hidden in clothes which had been delivered to her, as well as in bags and in a wallpaper pasting table, scales, buckets and tools. To outward appearances, Sidrah Nosheen lived an unremarkable life in Bradford,” he said.
“But the truth is, she was at the centre of a plot to move large amounts of heroin around the country, dealing in the addiction and death that are inseparable from the Class A drugs trade. According to the NCA, when officers were searching Nosheen’s home, on Woodside Road in Wyke, after her arrest, they also found boxes of plastic-wrapped clothing waiting to be opened, along with the remnants and debris of boxes already processed. Hundreds of phone messages to an accomplice in Pakistan about supplying heroin in the UK were also discovered.
“Meanwhile, evidence was found that Nosheen had distributed multi-kilo drugs consignments to people in the UK, and on one occasion, she had collected £250,000 for the organised crime group from a criminal in Bradford. Nosheen had been due to stand trial at Bradford Crown Court, but was sentenced after changing her plea and admitting conspiracy to supply heroin and conspiracy to import heroin.
Then the most telling statement from the court… “Nosheen “didn’t give a second’s thought to the damage heroin wreaks on society, she was solely interested in making money”.
British Movement Northern region wonders if Sidrah Nosheen and her heroin smuggling colleagues in Bradford gave any thought to Bradford’s ‘Multicultural Festive tree’ or its organiser’s ‘progressive’ social justice announcements that; “The beauty of Bradford is we work together, we are a team, we love our city and we want the best for it and the people who live here.”
No, we didn’t think so. After all, importing massive quantities of heroin to poison the UK population and wreck lives, while making huge amounts of money, is not exactly what the leftists mean by ‘Diversity enriches British society.’
