During the first week of July, the outgoing Prime Minister announced a huge £250 million to be spent over the next three years on protection for Britain’s Jewish community. Much of the money is going to fund more police offices in the Jewish districts in London & Manchester.
Jewish communities already have the Community Security Trust (CST), which patrols neighbourhoods with high numbers of Jewish residents, yet over the next three years big money will be pumped in giving even more safety!
One needs to ask the question, who in government cares for our old folk? Many British OAPs live in fear of leaving their homes in the evening, which leaves many trapped in their high rise tower blocks, afraid to venture out.
I recently met an elderly lady who asked me to walk her to the tower block because she felt unsafe due to a hoodie walking near by. This was in the early in the morning while I was walking to work.
Here in Manchester, the most noticeable Jews are the Orthodox, whom tend to stay in their own closely nit communities. Their children play in the streets without fear or concern. The Leicester Road area being a prime example. None orthodox Jews seem to pass by without being easily identified as being Jewish, so presumably they don’t have to much to worry about?
So, back to our British old folk living in built up districts. Who champions their worries, concerns or mental health? It seems to be the same old story, the British white working class are left to one side, never getting a mention in parliament or local government.
The future holds much work for our growing British Movement to do. Pensions for National Socialism could be a nice campaign name for rising the issues effecting our old folks.
