‘It’s what we’re all about’ – York primary school celebrates start of Pride Month.”
Park Grove Primary School in the Groves district of York has declared itself a ‘Rainbow Hub’ for all of the month of June 2025.
Reading through the mainstream media coverage, this degeneracy is presented as just another aspect of ‘progressive’ primary education.

“Park Grove Primary School, in The Groves, rebranded its early years centre (of year one and reception students) to the Rainbow Hub, and marked the occasion with a party. Headteacher Jo Sawyer said the move was planned for a while, but they chose to link it to Pride Month, which runs for the entirety of June.”
This is what the headteacher actually told local journalists. “We really wanted our early years and year one unit to be really vibrant, colourful, and exciting, so we thought that changing our name to the Rainbow Hub would give it that extra flair,” Jo said.”
She added: “We thought it would link to Pride nicely. We celebrate Pride, but we haven’t done this just for Pride, we thought it would fit in nicely by doing it in line with Pride because it’s all about colour, individuality and difference. “One of our core values here is individuality and it’s what we’re all about.”
“The leader of the early years centre, Josey Hall, organised the day. Pupils from the centre painted rainbow flags, and prepared for a themed party involving parents.” She said: “We’ve got a mixed reception and year one class, currently we’re called Orange Unit but we’re changing our name to Rainbow Hub.”
“It was our idea down here in the unit because at Park Grove, none of our children wear school uniform. I only started here last year and it was something that really stuck out to me, and made it unique and inclusive, so I wanted to bring a name to our school that reflected our school values and inclusivity.”
School values! It is part of the values of this primary school to involve small children in sexuality based politics and related promotional events?

“We’re such an inclusive and diverse school, with families from a very diverse area around The Groves. It linked in really nicely with York Pride, which we’re proud to be a part of as well. “We’ve got lots of rainbow coloured food, I spent the day yesterday baking rainbow coloured gingerbread men. Parents will be coming in, they get to share it with the kids and know what they’re learning about.”
York’s own celebration, York Pride, is returning on Saturday (June 7), with a parade ending on the Knavesmire to see a line-up of performances. The mainstage acts on the Knavesmire include a performance from The Cheeky Girls, with performances running from 12.30pm to 6pm.”
The primary school intends to arrange for parents and children to attend those events.
What is wrong with these people? It is bad enough when primary schools hold ‘Drag Queen Story time’ events, but this pushes the boundaries of what is acceptable, and we can only hope that some of the less ‘Woke’ parents will challenge this brain-washing and manipulation of very young minds.
How is it possible that primary school and reception class teachers who are dealing with children as young as five years old, actually think that it is appropriate to involve those children in politically motivated activities directly linked to homosexual and lesbian pressure groups?
Those children are so young that they will most likely have no concept of what sexuality and sexual orientation actually is, no idea of what used to be termed the ‘Facts of Life’ and human reproduction, so why involve them in LGBTQ celebrations?
Is this just ‘woke’ virtue signalling by the teachers, or is there something more sinister lurking in the background. Involving small children in so-called ‘Pride celebrations’ is to leave them open to grooming by paedophiles and those degenerates in the LGBTQ world who want to lower the legal age of consent for sexual activity in order to have access to younger sexual partners.
In the 1970’s the organisation known as the Paedophile Information Exchange (PIE), was a legal activist branch of Gay Rights and Gay Pride events, and campaigned politically to get the legislation on sexual consent changed. Fortunately this organisation of perverts was declared illegal and was closed down. However, those corrupting elements that motivated PIE as part of gay rights campaigns still exists in some European countries and have an underground element in the UK.
What is happening in York is an example of how the cultural Marxists extend their influence by small, gradual changes. The strategy is to introduce a radical idea by stealth, by small moves, and if the move succeeds unchallenged, it means that the same move can be repeated in another location, and gradually over time the radical changes become accepted as the norm.
This is the revolution by stealth that Marxists and radical socialists have been operating since the 1960’s, under the cover of so-called ‘progressive’ ideas, the cultural Marxists effect permanent changes to culture and society.
This has to be resisted and reversed.
