Until They Become Conscious, They Will Never Rebel

sentencing guidlines reviewed.

Judges have been told to take into account the backgrounds of offenders from ethnic minority groups prior to delivering their sentences, a decision that has been criticised as creating a “two-tier justice” system.

According to new guidelines issued by the Sentencing Council, magistrates and judges are encouraged to typically request a pre-sentence report for individuals who belong to “an ethnic minority, cultural minority, and/or faith minority community.” However, there is no obligation to obtain similar reports for offenders from other ethnic backgrounds.

Pre-sentence reports are prepared by the probation service to equip courts with essential information that may lead to alternatives to prison, such as suspending a sentence or opting for community service.

“Until they become conscious they will never rebel, and until after they have rebelled they cannot become conscious.”

George Orwell, 1984.

Robert Jenrick, the Tory shadow justice secretary, said the guidance was “completely outrageous” and enshrined a “double standard, two-tier approach to sentencing. Under Two-Tier Keir our justice system is set to have an anti-white and anti-Christian bias,” he said.

The Sentencing Council’s guidance, released last Wednesday and set to take effect on April 1, significantly revised earlier recommendations regarding custodial and community sentencing. The Council emphasized that this updated guidance outlines the principles magistrates and judges must adhere to when determining community orders and custodial sentences, particularly in assessing the possibility of suspending a custodial sentence.

Additionally, it highlighted the increased importance of pre-sentence reports in the decision-making process for sentencing.

In comes as no surprise to us that the courts have been given ‘guidance’ to go easier on ethnic minorities due to their ‘deprived’ background. After all, the Attorney General Lord Hermer KC, is a close friend of Keir Starmer and a Searchlight advisor to boot.

The draconian sentences of those taking part in the riots after the Southport killings last summer were not given out by accident. The guidance to judges came from ‘on high’ along with a concerted campaign to brand those arrested as far-right, a totally meaningless term.

Like a rabbit caught in the headlights, Shabana Mahmood, the Justice Secretary, firmly rejected claims of a ‘two-tier sentencing’ system based on ethnicity. Critics argue that her reaction is just part of a broader strategy by Labour to attract voters with conservative leanings.

The attack on the freedom of expression, the banning of groups and organisations deemed by Marxist Labour to be ‘extremist’, and the creation of a two-tier justice system heavily biased against the White working class can only serve to help our cause by alienating more of our people. It is our job to awaken the best of them and give them a political vision to fight for.

As George Orwell also wrote in his book Animal Farm, “These people don’t see that if you encourage totalitarian methods, the time may come when they will be used against you instead of for you.”
