The month of October 2025 began with the end of yet another ‘Grooming Gang’ trial, this time at Manchester Minshull court.
There is little doubt that many elements within the mainstream media wanted the story to be over quickly, and the general public’s attention switched elsewhere. It goes without saying that many ordinary White British folk have become so numbed to such news stories about ‘grooming gangs’ that the end of yet another trial from Rochdale has passed by hardly noticed.
Seven ‘Pakistani Muslim – heritage’ men (as the mainstream media like to label them), were sentenced to a total of 174 years in prison in a long overdue display of justice. Although the story received coverage in the news media covering Greater Manchester, Lancashire and other parts of the north-west, the national news media coverage was sparse.
Reproduced here is one of the better-represented reports from the region’s mainstream media.
ROCHDALE
“They groomed the girls from the age of 13 and made them their ‘sex slaves’ by plying them with gifts, including alcohol and drugs.”
“The victims both had ‘deeply troubled home lives’, which meant they were easy prey for the fiends. During a five-year horror ordeal, the girls were expected to have sex “whenever and wherever” the defendants and other men wanted. As well as flats and car parks, the predators abused the teens on rancid mattresses, in cars, alleyways and disused warehouses.
“Mohammed Zahid, 64, Kasir Bashir, 50, Mushtaq Ahmed, 66, Roheez Khan, 39, Mohammed Shahzad, 43, Nisar Hussain, 43, and Naheem Akram, 48, were today jailed for a total of 174 years. Three of the abusers, Zahid, Ahmed and Bashir were born in Pakistan and worked as stallholders on Rochdale’s indoor market.
“Ringleader Zahid – known as Boss Man – gave free underwear from his lingerie stall to both victims. The dad-of-three was previously jailed for five years after he engaged in sexual activity in 2006 with a 15-year-old girl who he met when she visited his stall to buy tights for school.”
This too: “Seven men from the Rochdale grooming gang, including the ringleader, have all been jailed for more than 170 years collectively. The group has been sentenced following a high-profile investigation by Greater Manchester Police (GMP) into the non-recent grooming of two vulnerable girls in Rochdale between 2001 and 2006.”
Surprisingly, most mainstream media outlets failed to credit the Greater Manchester Police’s ‘Operation Lytton’.
Operation Lytton.
The latest Rochdale grooming gang trial is part of the ongoing ‘Operation Lytton’ series of investigations by Greater Manchester Police (GMP). This is an ongoing campaign resulting from a previous history of failures by GMP into Pakistani Muslim ‘grooming/rape gangs’. ‘Operation Lytton’ was launched in 2015 and is ongoing with a remit to “investigate non-recent child exploitation in Rochdale.”
GMP were heavily criticised for the force’s repeated failings over at least the last 30 years over its lack of investigations, child safeguarding and appearance of being classed as ‘racist’ if its officers investigated the Pakistani Muslim communities.
Local councils, social services and social workers are also under the microscope in the wider investigations by GMP into ‘grooming gangs’ and what is now termed ‘child sexual exploitation’. Much of what is covered in this article is reflected elsewhere in greater detail on the British Movement Northern region website in articles by council insider ‘Frustrated’.
On the subject of ‘grooming gang’ trials in Rochdale, this updated report from a north-west media outlet usefully reminds its readers of something that British Movement Northern region reported on at the time.
2 October 2025
“A member of a grooming gang who sexually exploited and raped a teenage girl is still on the run after almost nine months.
“A manhunt is underway to track down Kasir Bashir, who failed to appear for the first day of his trial in January and has been at large since.
“The 50-year-old, who worked at Rochdale Indoor Market, was found guilty in his absence of abusing the 13-year-old victim and given a sentence of 29 years. Greater Manchester Police (GMP) said “time was no barrier” in bringing Bashir to justice.
“Bashir, who was in his mid-20s at the time, was one of seven men convicted of grooming two teenagers, known as Girl A and Girl B, between 2001 and 2006. Both girls were treated as “sex slaves” amid “deeply troubled home lives” as they were given drugs, alcohol, cigarettes, places to stay and people to be with, the court heard.
“The victims were expected to have sex “whenever and wherever” the men wanted, in filthy flats, cars, car parks, alleyways and disused warehouses. Girl B said she was living in a local children’s home when she was preyed on by three men who worked at the market, including Bashir.
“GMP said Bashir had answered bail on a weekly basis since being charged with the offences in 2023. He last reported to officers on 8 January at Rochdale Police Station – the week before the trial was due to start at Manchester Minshull Street Crown Court.
“But he failed to appear at the court, and a bench warrant was issued on the same day by the judge who was presiding over the case. As Bashir had to surrender his passport as part of his bail conditions, GMP are investigating whether he fled the country via illegitimate means, but his whereabouts are currently unknown.”
This report carefully avoids the point that previous reports made reference to Kasir Bashir being aided and abetted in his ‘escape’ by both members of his family and his wider community, and is reckoned to be living in Pakistan with some of his relatives.
The trial, which ended in Manchester on October 1st, is just another sad marker in the impact of imported populations from South East Asia. Multiculturalism is not our strength; it is a toxic element that erodes British culture, British heritage and our population. The time to totally reject multiculturalism is now!
